• Holy Family School, Barharwa is an English Medium co-educational school run by the Sisters of the Congregation of the Holy Family. The School aims at the all-round development of the children, enables them to be spiritually oriented, morally upright, intellectually well informed, socially concerned, nationally conscious, emotionally balanced and physically well developed.
• The Principal with the help of the managing committee conducts admission procedures, No other person in the School or outside has any hand in the selection of new candidates for Admission to School.

• No donation is accepted for Admission.
• What's new for the next session is that the School gives an option for the class one students to have their classes either in HFS Jhiktia or in HFS Jagarnathpur. ( Parents can preferably choose the place according to your convenience) Class one will be newly introduced in Jhiktia School which will further be continued up to class two. Books, Syllabus, uniform and campus care will be same for both the schools.
• In the new session School is introducing Pre- Nursery for age group (3 to 4)

Enrolment forms:-

The forms will be available in the School Office from 1st November -15th December 2022 between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 pm at the payment of Rs. 300/-

Admission for KG to Std VIII :-

Written Test will be conducted for the selection of the students. (Very limited seats)

Submission of the Duly Filled Forms:

• Submit the Enrolment form in the School Office latest by 18 December 2022 (9.00a.m -1.00 pm)
  All applicants (children as well as both parents) will appear for an interaction with the Principal and the members of the School Managing Committee on the interaction Day which will be intimated to you at the time of form submission.
• A recent photograph of the Family (postcard size) is to be affixed on the enrolment form. The Originals and Photocopies of the Birth Certificate [Birth Registration Certificate with the Municipality / Panchayat] are to be submitted. Affidavit will not be considered.
• No forms will be accepted other than the days and time mentioned above.
• For Christians: Baptism Certificate and a letter of Introduction from the Parish Priest
• School leaving certificate ( TC) is necessary for admission for classes II - VIII.
