Examination and Promotion

There will be two Unit Tests and Quarterly and half Yearly Exams besides the Annual Examination. Failure to appear in any examination can seriously affect.
The student's promotion.
The result declared at the end of the year is final and cannot be reconsidered.
There will be neither re-test nor re-exam.
If a pupil does not pass in all subjects any concession that she/he enjoys is cancelled.
Promotions are given on the basis of one year's work and not merely on marks scored in the final exams. Total aggregate of 40% in each subject is a pre-condition for promotion Each student is required to be present for 90% of the school days as a precondition for promotion.

In all questions of promotion or failure the Principal's decision is final. No rank will be given if a student has failed or absented in any subject. Answer scripts of Unit Test and two exams will be shown to the parents, Final Examination answer scripts will not be shown.
Before withdrawing a student from the school a month's notice in writing is to be given or a month's fee in lieu.
